What if my community isn't listed yet?
You can register a new community during the onboarding process. Just fill in your community's details and you'll be set up as the manager immediately.
How does verification work?
We match your email domain against the community's contact email. If they match, you're auto-approved. Otherwise, our team reviews the claim within 1-2 business days.
Can multiple staff manage the listing?
Absolutely. Once you're set up as the community manager, you can invite team members with manager or staff roles from your dashboard.
