About SeniorHome.ca
SeniorHome.ca is a free directory of senior living and senior care in Canada. We list 12,072 retirement homes, assisted living and memory care residences, long-term care homes and home care providers in every province and territory, in English and French.
Why we built it
Families usually look for senior care in a hurry, after a fall, a diagnosis or a hospital stay, and the information is scattered: provincial registries in one place, ratings in another, prices nowhere. We bring it together on one page per residence, so you can shortlist homes in an evening instead of a month.
What you'll find here
- Every listing's care types, contact details, location and photos
- Provincial licensing and inspection records where the province publishes them (Ontario, Québec, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick)
- Google ratings, and reviews from families on SeniorHome.ca
- Top-rated lists for each city, with the ranking method stated
- Cost estimates by city, province and type of care, clearly labelled as estimates
- Local guides to how senior care works in each city and province

How we're funded
SeniorHome.ca is free for families. Communities can pay for referrals and for featured placement, which is always labelled. Payment never affects ratings, reviews, licensing records or top-rated lists. Details are in our editorial policy.
For communities
Listing is free. Communities can claim their listing to correct details, add prices and photos, and answer families' questions. Learn more.

SeniorHome.ca is a division of Snapsonic Technologies Inc., based in North Vancouver, British Columbia. We're a small Canadian team.
